Shaun A. Reed of Holts Summit was arrested and charged with a felony after a Cole County deputy pulled over his vehicle Wednesday night and found methamphetamine and pills.
A deputy pulled over his vehicle at about 11 p.m. after it failed to come to a complete stop at an intersection.
After Reed gave consent to a vehicle search, the deputy found two small clear plastic baggies containing a white crystal substance and a digital scale.
