Loesch honored

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — William Woods senior Miranda Loesch has been named a 2012 Daktronics-NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball Scholar-Athlete for the second time, the highest academic honor available through the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Loesch (Russellville High School) closed our her career with the Owls as a four-year letterwinner, helping William Woods to four consecutive appearances in the NAIA National Tournament and three American Midwest Conference Tournament titles in four years.
