Dear Editor:
Regarding the national debate about insurance for contraception: I am outraged but not surprised over the hypocrisy of the liberal left's attitude on this issue. They seem to have the mindset that the government should stay out of their bedrooms and wombs while simultaneously demanding that the government should pay for their birth control and abortions.
To me, this is classic liberal status quo. Also, I find it very ironic and hypocritical that when a guy like Bill Maher calls Sarah Palin a very offensive name, the left has absolutely no problem with that. But when a conservative like Rush Limbaugh calls a college student an offensive name, It's a national outrage.
Please let me be clear on this, I'm not condoning Limbaugh's actions or words, I am simply saying that this is clearly a double standard on the part of the liberal left wing.
