JC School Board meeting tonight

With Jefferson City’s Public Schools on spring break next week, the school board will meet tonight instead of next Monday.

Only three formal votes are scheduled, and two are budget-related. One is on implementing a proposed salary schedule for employees.

Teachers are getting yet another raise???

Average teacher salary last year was $47,121.00. That seems pretty good pay for a 9-month job, even if it is very hard work.
