A Cole County resident complained to commissioners Wednesday of a growing problem with unleashed dogs harassing walkers and joggers, and causing damages in rural neighborhoods.
Penelope Camp, who lives on South Tree Drive, told commissioners Wednesday she has been plagued with unleashed dogs since she moved into her neighborhood in May.
