Even though his Senate Transportation Committee has another hearing Wednesday to take more comments on toll roads and other transportation funding ideas, state Sen. Bill Stouffer this week proposed creating an interim committee to study the issue.
On Thursday morning - the last day bills could be filed in the state Senate - Stouffer, R-Napton, introduced a resolution seeking to create a Joint Interim Committee on Transportation Needs.
