Plan to vacate part of Chestnut Street endorsed

Jefferson City may vacate a portion of Chestnut Street to Lincoln University, which would plan to close the street.

At the Public Works and Planning Committee meeting Thursday, members approved a recommendation to vacate the 800 block of Chestnut Street to Lincoln University.
