Two of the three men indicted for murder and armed criminal action in the April 22 killing of Keith Mosley finally were arraigned Wednesday morning.
Cole County Presiding Circuit Judge Patricia Joyce scheduled Nov. 13 as the potential trial date in both cases, with Nov. 7 set for status hearings in both cases.
Attorneys for both Tracy Session, 25, 623 Locust St., and Khiry Summers, 20, 1606 N. Brooks Court, waived the formal reading of the indictment and entered not guilty pleas for their clients.
The third man charged in the case - Brandon Chase, 28, 1122 E. Elm St. - was arraigned in May and appeared last week before Circuit Judge Dan Green.
