Two drivers injured in head-on collision

Two people were hurt in a head-on collision Saturday afternoon on a Cole County road.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports Charles B. McDonnell, 63, St. Thomas, was driving his car southbound on Route B near Tanner Bridge Spur around 2:30 p.m. when he crossed the center line and struck a northbound pickup truck head-on.
The driver of the pickup was Randy D. Means, 60, Jefferson City.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts but both were injured. Means was transported to St. Mary's Health Center with moderate injuries, while McDonnell refused treatment for minor injuries.
