With the new business year starting July 1, Jefferson City's Board of Education will be asked Tuesday to OK the district's operating budget for the coming year.
Superintendent Brian Mitchell said last week the budget proposal Chief Financial Officer Jason Hoffman will make Tuesday still dips into some of the reserve funds - but not as much as they had predicted a couple of months ago.
