Juneteenth activities seeking participants

Participants are being sought for three separate events tied to the Juneteenth festival, which is set for June 16 at Ellis-Porter/Riverside park in Jefferson City.

• The Footprints Project will host a dance and fitness camp for the first time in conjunction with the festival.

• An additional audition has been scheduled for 2-4 p.m. Saturday at the Coca-Cola Community Building for those interested in the Juneteenth’s Got Talent program.

• Registration is under way for those who would like to participate in the Little Mr. and Miss Juneteenth pageant at 7 p.m. June 15 at Scruggs Center on the Lincoln University campus.
