Part of road closed today and Tuesday

Beginning today, Jefferson City's West Main Street will be closed west of Dix Road as the Department of Public Works and contractors continue a stormwater system reconstruction project at the intersection of West Main Street and Dix Road.

A detour will be posted. Work is expected to be completed by 5 p.m. Tuesday.
