Holts Summit theater closing

The owners of the Summit Plaza Theater in Holts Summit have confirmed the theater will be closing its doors.

A posting on the theater’s Facebook page shows the theater will close Aug. 19.

Owners Mike and Heidi Frese reopened the theater in late 2006 after it had been closed for more than a year.
