LU hires consultant to help with search for new president

The Chicago-based Hollins Group Inc. will help Lincoln University in its search for a new president.

Current President Carolyn Mahoney will retire next month, after 71⁄2 years on the job.

No contract amount was announced, but LU announced Wednesday the company “has extensive experience in consulting with colleges and universities in selecting highly qualified presidential candidates and other academic professionals.”
