Tricia Nilges, a licensed and registered dietitian for the Cole County Health Department, spends her days as the nutrition coordinator, making sure the 1,800 WIC participants each month in Cole County have access to nutrition counseling.
Nilges said she spends her time developing nutrition information packets, and meeting with WIC participants to counsel them on good nutrition.
