Man sentenced for public pool burglary

A Jefferson City man was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to charges in connection with a break-in at a public pool in May.

Christopher Hardy, 23, 559 Senate Court, was charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree property damage and resisting arrest.

According to police reports, officers received a report of a burglary alarm at Memorial Park Aquatic Facility, 120 Binder Drive.
