It's time to rest up and heal up for the Helias Crusaders. The important part of the season is all that's left.

The Crusaders wrapped up the wrestling regular season Tuesday night with a 42-28 loss to the Waynesville Tigers at Rackers Fieldhouse.

The Crusaders will now have more than a week off before starting the postseason.

"If we have somebody that's banged up, we can give them three or four days off and still have three or four days to work to get ready for districts," Helias coach Travis Reinsch said. "We like to have a bit of a gap to get everybody ready and I'd like to have more than enough than not enough."
