When the Blair Oaks Falcons and Southern Boone Eagles face off today, the outcome could hinge on the play early in the game.

The Falcons and Eagles will kick off the MFA Oil/Break Time Shootout at Mizzou Arena with the unenviable tipoff time of 10 a.m.
And both teams had better be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, since there's a lot on the line.
"We've been in the same district for the last several years, so this game has some district implications," Blair Oaks coach Ryan Fick said. "I don't know how playing it at 10 o'clock on a Sunday morning at Mizzou Arena will affect it."
