3 injured in Webster Groves apartment fire

WEBSTER GROVES, Mo. (AP) - Three residents of a Webster Groves apartment building are hospitalized following a late-night fire.

The blaze broke out about 10:30 p.m. Monday at White Bluff Apartments in the St. Louis County town. Fire officials told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/xEWxgv) that two people suffered smoke inhalation and one had minor burns.

Fire officials say the fire began on the first floor and spread to the second at the two-story apartment building. The cause is not yet known.
