Blair Oaks defeats Newburg at St. James Tournament

ST. JAMES — It was somewhat competitive in the first half. The second half wasn’t.

The Blair Oaks Falcons outscored the Newburg Wolves 29-2 in the final two quarters Monday night on their way to a 77-29 victory in the opening round of the St. James Tournament.

Top-seeded Blair Oaks led 25-14 after one quarter and took a 48-27 lead into halftime. The Falcons then led 72-29 heading into the final period.
