Big first-half run helps Missouri topple Texas A&M

COLUMBIA — In a matter of minutes, Missouri’s game against Texas A&M went from a dogfight to a near knockout.

The fifth-ranked Tigers used a 28-2 run late in the first half and overcame a sluggish second half Monday to down the Aggies 70-51 at Mizzou Arena.

It was the first win for the Tigers against Texas A&M since 2004, breaking an eight-game skid.
