Dear Editor:
Having recently received my new sewer bill for the period Dec. 1 to Dec. 31, I read that the next billing will reflect a rate increase.
My last bill for both sewer and water together was for a period from Nov. 4-Dec. 6. The double billing for Dec. 1 to Dec. 6 indicates to me that the rate increase began a little early.
What say you?
