Sometimes mothers meet life struggles while they are pregnant.
To encourage those mothers to choose life for their babies, the St. Raymond's Society has been providing tangible support to the mothers, in the form of home repairs, transportation, education, child care and other needs specific to the individual mother.
Fulfilling a goal from its formation, the local not-for-profit hopes to open a house this spring, which would give shelter to up to six expecting mothers at one time.
