Crusaders wrestle at Gateway Duals

ST. CHARLES — The Helias Crusaders were shorthanded by design.

The Crusaders took just nine wrestlers Saturday to the Gateway to the Best Duals at Lindenwood University. It was a tough event and Helias coach Travis Reinsch wanted the Crusaders’ best to see top competitors.

“There was a lot of great competition,” Reinsch said after the Crusaders wrestled in five duals. “Everywhere you looked, there was a great wrestler.”

Three Crusaders finished with winning records.
