Lincoln women, men fall at Washburn

TOPEKA, Kan. — The Lincoln women are heading the wrong way heading into the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Tournament.

The Blue Tigers dropped their third straight game to end the season as Washburn defeated Lincoln 72-47 Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, a long season finally came to an end for the Lincoln men.

Washburn blasted Lincoln 107-69 Saturday to signal the end of a tough year for the Blue Tigers.

Lincoln (4-22, 4-16 MIAA) finishes in last place in the conference after the loss.
