RUSSELLVILLE — New Bloomfield emerged victorious in a defensive struggle as the Lady Wildcats defeated Russellville 35-34 Thursday night.

New Bloomfield led 10-8 after the first quarter before the Lady Indians tied the score at 19 heading into halftime. The Lady Wildcats took a 27-24 lead into the final quarter.
