Hayselton Drive proposal withdrawn

A proposal for 15 single-family homes on the Missouri River bluffs just east of Hayselton Drive has been withdrawn for the second year in a row.

The proposal sought to re-zone 4.36 acres from RS-3 single family residential to a Planned Unit Development for a 10.86-acre development and was submitted by developer Dick Otke, on behalf of landowners River Bluff Condominiums LLC and Rayma Chinn.

It was originally brought to the Planning and Zoning Commission in December 2010.
