Your Opinion: Frustrated by election process

I'm to the point I'm just going to ignore the election process as there is nothing to gain by following except frustration. One positive I have is that Mr. Boldt writes that he is disenchanted with Mr. Obama so maybe there is hope for our country! Don't worry, I'm still going to vote Republican only because anyone is better than who currently occupies the White House and the Democrats don't have the guts to run any one against the Messiah!

I have often wondered what our country would be like if television were around when George Washington, Abraham Lincoln or Harry Truman were running for president. Of course George Washington had a lot of money and won the war which was good but he sure wasn't pretty! Abraham Lincoln or Harry Truman? What did they have going for them? Why, I can't believe they would have had a chance! Would any of them have been elected? I doubt it!

The only thing that matters in this day and age for a politician to get elected is how good looking they are and how they can sound tough without making any one angry. Of course the icing on the cake is to be rich or have big money behind you that you can repay one way or another when you get in office. Mitt Romney or Barack Hussein Obama, what's the difference? They're both pretty, have lots of money and can talk around any issue without making anyone mad and both received their credentials from liberal states. At least we now sadly know about Barack Hussein Obama, but do we know any more about Mitt Romney than we knew about the Messiah? To me only instead of spouting "Hope & Change," Mitt at least describes it in detail more or less.

Maybe if Newt would get some plastic surgery and some anger management courses he could be more successful in his run. Don't you know he has totally gotten the wrath of the media and judicial system onto him by calling them out? We can't have that! These organizations are beyond reproach! We also can't have someone who has successfully lead a budget cutting program! Why that's cruel to all the almost 50 percent obtaining some government assistance even though it's leading our country into bankruptcy.

Well, it's time to stop the rant. Good luck America, you're going to need it.
