MU offensive lineman gets sixth year of eligibility

Missouri offensive lineman Elvis Fisher has received a sixth season of eligibility from the NCAA

Fisher received word Tuesday. “It’s official now! I got by 6th year!,” Fisher posted on his Twitter account.

The left tackle from St. Petersburg, Fla., redshirted in 2007 before starting every game for Missouri from 2008-10. He was honorable mention All-Big 12 in 2009 and 2010.
