Lot on the line as No. 4 Missouri hosts No. 8 Kansas

COLUMBIA, Mo. — The final edition of the Border Showdown at Mizzou Arena (at least for a while) couldn’t be filled with more drama.

• Kansas is angry at Missouri for leaving the Big 12 for the Southeastern Conference, and has said it won’t play the Tigers after this year.

• College Gameday is in town for the showdown (8 p.m., ESPN-TV).
