Lincoln slated to start baseball season today

There’s a first time for everything, and that first time has hit the Lincoln baseball team.

When the Blue Tigers begin their season with a doubleheader today at Southeast Oklahoma State, they’ll take to the field more comfortable for an opener than at any time in recent memory.

That’s because some favorable weather has made the preseason a dream. Unlike last year, when the Blue Tigers did not have a single outside workout before playing their first game, it’s been the polar opposite this year.
