COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - Brittney Griner scored 18 points and Kimetria Hayden added 15 points with four steals to help No. 1 Baylor roll past Missouri 71-41 on Wednesday night.

Destiny Williams scored 10 points with 11 rebounds and Odyssey Sims had 12 points for the unbeaten Lady Bears, whose season-opening winning streak reached 22 games. BreAnna Brock and Sydney Crafton led Missouri with eight points each. Missouri's leading scorer Christine Flores was held to seven points.

The Tigers (10-10, 0-9) remain winless in their final season in the Big 12 Conference before joining the SEC next year. They set season lows for points in both the first half and the entire game.

Missouri kept pace with Baylor early on, but trailed 28-18 at halftime after a seven-minute scoring drought. Baylor quickly took control in the second half, scoring the first 10 points to put the game away.

No. 18 TEXAS A&M 67, No. 25 TEXAS TECH 55

LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) - Sydney Carter scored 17 points and Adaora Elonu added 16 to lead Texas A&M to a win over Texas Tech.

The Aggies held the Lady Raiders without a field goal for 6 minutes and Texas Tech started the second half 1-12 from the floor. Texas Tech (15-6, 3-6 Big 12 Conference) shot 30 percent for the game.

The Lady Raiders managed to cut the lead to six with a minute to play on a 3 by Casey Morris. But Texas A&M (15-5, 6-3) made all 10 of its free throws to seal the win.

Morris finished with 14 points for Texas Tech, which has lost six of seven.

Texas A&M never trailed and led 30-27 at halftime.
