Lady Crusaders hold off Troy

WASHINGTON — The Helias Lady Crusaders were 16-of-18 from the foul line in the fourth quarter in a 64-58 win Wednesday night over Troy in the semifinals of the St. Francis Borgia Tournament.

It was the 11th straight win for Helias, which trailed by as many as seven points in the contest.
