At the start, it looked like they may have been finished. But it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.

“It was an auspicious start,” Helias coach Doug Light said Saturday afternoon after the Lady Crusaders claimed third place in the State Farm Holiday Hoops Invitational with a 57-49 victory against the Eureka Lady Wildcats at Fleming Fieldhouse.

The beginning of the game wasn’t quite what Helias wanted.
