Chism retires after 34 years in Callaway Treasurer’s office

Marsha Chism was honored Friday during a retirement reception at the Callaway County Courthouse for her 34 years of service to the Callaway County Treasurer’s Office.

Chism worked in the office for six years before she was elected as treasurer 28 years ago. She will retire at the end of her current term in January.

More than 100 people attended the reception.
