Consistency is what the Jefferson City Lady Jays have been searching for all season.
Friday's game against Lee's Summit West proved to be a perfect example of the consistent style of basketball that continues to elude them.
Jefferson City fought back to take a 36-30 lead late in the third quarter, but was outscored 25-9 in the final 10 minutes and dropped a 55-45 decision in a consolation game in the State Farm Holiday Hoops Invitational at Rackers Fieldhouse.
On Friday, a strong middle part of the game was ultimately undone by a difficult start and finish.
