Lady Jays commit 45 turnovers ln loss to Quincy

With two teams who like to press and get up and down the floor as fast as possible, it was clear there might be a high number of turnovers Thursday night between Quincy and Jefferson City.

Nobody was likely prepared for how many though.

Jefferson City committed 45 turnovers and dropped a 67-54 decision to Quincy (Ill.) in first-round action of the State Farm Holiday Hoops Invitational at Rackers Fieldhouse.

How bad was it for the Lady Jays? They had 24 more turnovers than made field goals.
