Dear Editor:
In response to the letter of Jessica Lako on Dec. 13 I wish to say that Jesus and Christianity is what Christmas is all about. We celebrate Christmas because of the birth of Jesus.
Our country was born on Christian principles and our country would be a lot better off if Christianity was taught in our schools.
We need to put the 10 Commandments back in our schools and maybe there wouldn't be as much violence and shooting going on in the schools if the schools and the parents would teach the 10 Commandments.
And we need more progress in out homes and schools too.
I am very glad to hear that there were Christian songs sung at Capitol Caroling.
