Penny Quigg writes in her vote as one of 10 electors in Missouri's electoral college to meet at the Capitol Monday to cast their votes. Quigg, from Jefferson City, represents the 3rd Congressional District. Next to Quigg is Stanley Cox from the 4th District.
Missouri's 10 electors voted for Mitt Romney on Monday, as the constitutionally required Electoral College met nationwide to cast the official votes for the United States' next president and vice president.
Their votes will be counted when the new Congress convenes in January.
Penny Quigg of Jefferson City represented Missouri's 3rd Congressional District.
