College football bills itself as the sport where every game counts.
Most Saturdays, networks carrying games come up with cliche tag lines like “Judgement Day” or “Roadblock Saturday” or “Rivalry Weekend.” Every game is important, one loss derails your season, win or go home.
That is, except when it comes to the postseason.
For all the hype put into college football’s regular season, those in charge of college football couldn’t make it any less exciting for the postseason.
If you don’t know what I’m talking about, then you weren’t ....

One could make that argument about nearly every game/match of professional sport that is televised....
