At its most basic level, basketball is simply about putting the ball in the basket.
Calvary Lutheran had trouble doing that for the first 21⁄2 quarters Friday night, and it ended up costing the Lions.
Calvary struggled from the field while spotting the Fulton School at St. Albans a 39-22 lead, and the Lions eventually dropped a 51-49 decision at Trinity Lutheran.
