Man stabs brother after arguing about mail

A Jefferson City man is being held in the Cole County Jail on $100,000 bond after being arrested for stabbing his brother following an argument over mail being thrown on the floor.
David Foley, 50, of 312 Norris Drive, was charged with second-degree domestic assault, possession of methamphetamine and armed criminal action.
