Missouri hosts last game before Brown becomes eligible

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Missouri basketball team is about to get an early Christmas present.

It just might take a while to put all the pieces together.

As Missouri prepares for today's 2 p.m. game (KOMU-TV) against Tennessee State, it will be the final game without transfer Jabari Brown.

The sophomore from Oregon is expected to become eligible for Missouri's Dec. 17 game against South Carolina State.

"He's got to get his feet wet," Missouri coach Frank Haith said. "I don't want Jabari to think he has to be special, just be Jabari right now."
