Grant to help county health

The Missouri Foundation for Health awarded the Cole County Health Department a grant to improve women’s health and to reduce infant mortality.

The Healthy Beginnings grant, which began Dec. 1, will be dispersed over three years and will provide the department with $304,799 of additional funding.
