COLUMBIA - You wouldn't think the No. 11 team in the nation would have much trouble with an Ohio Valley Conference squad.

Missouri had plenty of it against Southeast Missouri State.

The Tigers had to overcome an 11-point deficit early in the second half, after trailing for almost all of the first half, to escape with an 81-65 victory Tuesday night at Mizzou Arena.

"What you saw was a team with its back against the wall, and then start to execute and play the way we're capable of playing," Missouri coach Frank Haith said.
