Not a "Major drug bust" like with the prior marijuana thing, but a "small quantity". Amount? not disclosed. Was it an amount that could be considered "personal" or not?
Packaging? Pfaugh. Most folks have "packaging" in the drawer they use for "food storage" materials. Archery hunters who are serious about their hobby have highly accurate electronic scales. Even bullet boys who load their own have the same. I've, I think, most of the ingredients for making meth in the toolbox and firstaid kit in my car's trunk. It goes without saying that a pry-bar is a burglary tool. With tape, the scope of charges is nearly endless.
That said, details in the report are sketchy at best.
NT: you can do better.
I am not advocating use or misuse of harder drugs. I'm bashing shoddy "journalism"--if you could even call it that.

Ok so the paper doesn't have the best operation going. This article is what it is. A short deal on some Doper's that got busted...."isn't that good news and worth saying thanks to the Pooleece for making it happen and NT for at least reporting it"? Also if you have all those meth indgredient's in your car, I suggest you break really easy until you get some place to take that stuff out and properly stored.
