WESTPHALIA - In a back-and-forth game, the St. Elizabeth Lady Hornets were the ones moving in the right direction at the end.
St. Elizabeth pieced together a 7-0 spurt in the fourth quarter to take the lead Monday night and defeated the Fatima Lady Comets 52-48.
"We battled," St. Elizabeth coach Sheila Heckemeyer said. "We started out strong, then fell apart a little bit in the middle before we got it back at the end."
