Pumping station maintenance causing odor

Beginning today, the Jefferson City Public Works Department and Missouri Biosolids will perform maintenance at the Walnut Pumping Station in the 500 block of West Main Street. Occasional odors may be noticed.

Weather and construction progress permitting, this work should be completed by 5 p.m. Friday.

Just today? That place stinks almost all the time. it is NASTY. And it comes into all the buildings in the vicinity!
