Final minute proves costly for Helias boys

COLUMBIA, Mo. — It was a tough final minute for the Helias Crusaders.

Tied at 43 with possession of the ball and under a minute to play in the game, Helias looked to be in solid shape while playing for the final shot. Three turnovers and an intentional foul changed all that, as the Crusaders fell 50-45 to St. Joseph Lafayette on Saturday evening in the Norm Stewart Classic at Columbia College.
