State agency to help Hostess workers

The Missouri Department of Economic Development’s Rapid Response Team has been activated to assist employees in the Jefferson City area who are facing the loss of their jobs due to the closure of Hostess’ operations in the United States.

A rapid response meeting will take place at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 7 at the Missouri Career Center, 1716 Four Seasons Drive, Jefferson City.
